Woolero is a startup company originating from NTNU, established in 2021, that utilizes nutrient-rich by-products from Norwegian industry in the development of organic fertilizer and a new type of bio-based fiber composite – a nutrient-rich and 100% compostable alternative to plastic and peat, designed for use in forestry, gardening, and agriculture.

We are now looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who want to join us on our journey!

What you can work with:

Work on projects related to soil health, sustainability, product testing, marketing, sales, market understanding, and strategy.

• Business development and strategy
• Sustainable production and circular economy
• Product development and testing
• Research projects on soil health, plant growth, material testing, etc.
• Market and competitor analysis
• Development of product strategies and campaigns
• Communication, marketing, sales
• Investigate and understand customer needs and market trends.
• Participate in meetings with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere!

Is this you?

We are self-taught and are primarily looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a startup setting. You should be engaged, proactive, and have a desire to work with sustainable solutions.
