To protect newly planted plants and trees, Woolero has developed a dense but breathable tree and plant protection made of low-grade wool - combined with low-grade bio-based binder.

 The unique mixture means that the product both protects the plants, provides oxygen and insulates against wind and weather, before it breaks down completely after 1-3 years.
 Wool is naturally rich in nitrogen and other nutrients, which means that the product acts as a soil-improving fertilizer as it breaks down in the soil.

 The product is now undergoing testing and development, and will be ready by the 2024 season.
